Wanted to give a big shout-out to the folks at Auto Paint USA. About 11 years ago I took my 20-year-old Cilica with some dents and minor body work needed, they did a fantastic job car looked brand new, so during the past 10 years I didn't take a lot of care with washing and waxing so it started to look somewhat its age so my wife and I decided to return for a new paint job. We were super happy we did Jeffrey and Alexis were super attentive and courteous the new paint and materials they use now gave it a showroom finish. We've been recommending them to friends and family since 2015. So if you're thinking about a paint job or need some minor work done don't hesitate to call the gang at Auto Paint USA, and "thanks again guys"

I recently had work done on my car here, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. Heather and the team worked with me on a very fair price, which I really appreciated. They also took care of some extra body work at no charge, which showed they genuinely cared about their customers. Alex at the front desk was very helpful throughout the process professional, easy to communicate with, and kept me updated the whole time. Heather, the owner, was also great to work with and made sure everything was handled the right way. The car came out looking great, and I really appreciate the customer service and effort they put into taking care of me. Definitely recommend them.

Unprofessional and lacking experience. I paid $4,000 for what should have been about a $1,500 job. When I got my car back, it had multiple issues. The antennas were missing (I didn’t realize until about a week later due to poor reception). The fender/headliner was coming off—even after I brought it to their attention the first time and was told it would be fixed. The windshield washer isn’t working, either clogged or not connected at all. I also purchased a full headlight set that included light bulbs, but while they replaced the headlights, they did not install the bulbs I’ve had purchased. When I opened the door, I found yellow paint inside. I only requested a touch-up on the passenger side, but the paint job was extremely poor—no proper sanding, peeling, and visibly uneven without polishing. They took the car back to fix it, and they painted the driver’s side without my request, left noticeable gaps, and stains I some parts. To make matters worse, they returned the car with a new radiator but no coolant. The car overheated immediately as I was driving away from the shop, and I had to take it straight to a mechanic. The saying you get what you pay for has never been more prevalent than ever before in my case and experience with auto painting usa. If this review just helps one person it’s done its job! I will be as transparent with all the details since i know they read these. I was quoted $1154 for the base (cheapest paint) with a few added parts that I brought to replace and a dent on the rear and choose the no warranty option. Granted I’ve had a car painted by them and came out OK. Please do your research and get multiple quotes from different places and don’t give up and settle for this place. I’ll start with the only good part of my experience which was the office staff. They are all great people and don’t deserve the crap work that comes out of this place. Now the bad. I dropped off the car and took a little over a week to get back. Expecting that they had extra time to work on the car it should’ve came out good…. Boy was i wrong…. Not sure if this is on purpose but they tend to give you the car dirty and really cant see any imperfections till it’s washed. Once i washed it the first time i noticed everything wrong. My car had dents and scratches and alot of sun damage. After getting a 5k a 3k for repainting it and a 2k and 1.5k for just buffing and touching it up when we arrived at paint USA Jeffrey was super welcoming and friendly and gave us a repainting quote of 1.6k that we couldn’t refused and it only took 3 days, our car looks brand new and they even took care of all the dents and scratches. We also had the chance to change the paint color of our car without extra cost and we are super pleased with Jeffrey and with Paint USA, for going above and beyond customer service. We definitely recommend them to our family and fiends.
